Becoming a finalist in this category is an enormous honour for the Torresan family and we are truly fortunate to be able to work in a wonderful region like McLaren Vale. We would especially like to thank our customers and of course our staff as without them we would not be the business that we are today.

Service excellence plays an essential role in our day to day interactions with our customers. 

Over the phone or face to face, each interaction is an opportunity for our company to provide a lasting impression that reminds our customers of the reasons why they do business with us.

Our aim is to bring a "personal touch" to each client that we deal with, and we treat them and their product with real importance, as opposed to treating them as just another number in the queue.

Bearing this in mind our goal is to put our customers first and to do whatever we can to help them with their request.
